Very thorough in cleaning dryer vent process. Succinctly explained what was done. Answered all of my questions in a kind and professional manner. I can now safely and confidently use my dryer knowing all is cleaned out and safe. I will definitely have them as part of routine cleaning to keep my peace of mind and our home safe.

I would definitely recommend Vent Buster for vent cleaning your dryer. They gave me the price up front, and that Is what I paid. They also repaired the broken vent on my dryer, then continued to clean out the entire vent line. The repair person was personable, professional and explained everything that he was doing.

From initial contact through the entire process, I was contacted promptly, advised of arrival times, given a thorough and accurate estimate and treated with friendly respect. My house is old and has some challenges for this project. I learned my old vent was not up to code and the hazards were explained. Once inspected and I agreed to the estimate, the work date was scheduled and, once again I was advised of arrival times which were met. Mark took great care to work through the difficulties of the new install, described what needed to be done, took care to follow through, tested completed project, cleaned up and overall provided outstanding service. I highly recommend Vent Busters.
