Mark was fantastic! He was in communication with me regarding his arrival time, and throughout the cleaning process. He was very respectful of our property and in moving our washer and dryer. He took care not to damage our floors by using a mat to slide the washer and dryer out. He did a very thorough job and was pleasant to talk with about the entire process. I would highly recommend his company.

I was getting a code indicating that my vent was about 80% blocked. The Tech came out and not only cleaned my vent but made some improvements on how my dryer was hooked up. The code is gone, and my dryer is drying like crazy with no lint building up in my laundry room. This is truly some of the best $ I have ever spent. I will now have them come out every three years are so to keep my vent clean.

He was very professional, neat and mindful about keeping things clean while working! He kept me updated about arrival times with reminders. Does efficient and really nice work. Will use vent busters again!

Thank you Vent Busters. Within an hour they had checked my vent from roof to dryer and cleared the buildup so my dryer runs safely and efficiently.

Mark not only cleaned our dryer vent, but also pointed out and replaced some inferior vent parts to make the venting more efficient. He uses top notch equipment, and his intricate knowledge of how the venting process is supposed to function made for a great experience. We will definitely be using his services again.

Mark is very thorough in cleaning the vents, explaining what is completed, what may be causing the issue and recommendations for ongoing maintenance. Appointments are kept when made and he is diligent in keeping a clean work area. I really appreciate this service and highly recommend!!
