Highly recommend. Mark was super thorough in cleaning out our vent from the outside as well as installing a new dryer hose and showing me where the old one had a kink in it. My laundry dry time has already been cut in half and I'm grateful to know our house is safer with the vent cleared out. Mark communicated his arrival time, was friendly and professional and cleaned up the work area impeccably. I was very impressed.
