Just had my Dryer Vent cleaned by Mark at Vent Busters. He was very thorough and conscientious in getting all the lint out of my ductwork and around our dryer and the outsde clogged up vent. I highly recommend Vent Busters.

Mark was very knowledgeable and very thorough. I found him on NextDoor and he was highly recommended. He arrived in the time period given me and worked quickly and efficiently. He has been the ONLY service repairman I've had in my home that left my home in better shape than he found it. All the others repaired the item but left damages for me to fix or repair after they left (usually minor but annoying). He went above and beyond. I had accidentally disconnected my dryer but knew it was time to have it cleaned anyway so decided to call Mark instead of the company I used a few years ago. He not only reconnected the hose, he replaced the damage hose(?) with a better one and gave me tips on how to recognize if it became disconnected again. Did a very thorough job of cleaning the dryer vent inside and out. Made several recommendations to help me keep things in good condition. He also honored the price he quoted. I've had many service people quote one price and then increase it a great deal without increasing the amount of work after they were done. I will rest easier knowing I do not have the risk of a dryer fire from accumulated dust. If I could give 10 stars I would.

EXCEPTIONAL experience !! We were certain that our 12 year old dryer had finally died. It easily took 2++ hours to dry a load of towels ! We even smelled a burning odor in the laundry room and called the HPFD to come check it out. After several, expensive repair visits we bit the bullet and bought a new dryer. After 3 loads, the new 800.00 dryer died TOO !!! The repairman from Convenient Appliance Repair shared that our dryer vent, in our 30 yo home, had probably never been professionally cleaned and suggested Vent Busters !! Vent Busters owner, Mark, was prompt & professional and our vents were a MESS from years of accumulated lint combined with moisture. Not only did Mark chisel out all the "muck" that was completely blocking the flow of air, he came back a week later to clean it out even MORE after it had a chance to completely dry out. Not ONE previous repairman or even the firemen shared that you MUST have the entire vent cleaned ( not just the one in the front) ! It's the difference between brushing your teeth to having a professional dental cleaning ! Mark is just an AMAZING young businessman who does exceptional work, from crawling under a nasty crawl space to returning to complete the job free of charge !! Save yourself a lot of time and frustration and get your vents "BUSTED" by Mark !!
