Our Reviews

Was impressed with every aspect of Vent Busters. We needed to have the vent on our LG washtower moved from the back of the unit to the side. Mark came out to check it, ordered the part and came back 4 days later(On Jan 1!) to install it. Mark is knowledgable, personable and efficient. Will definitely refer Vent Busters to others.

His professionalism, competency, and his easy communication ability were absolutely reassuring. I definitely hired the right person and Company. He left my laundry room cleaner than he found it and was a perfect gentleman. I would hire him again or recommend him to my dearest friend. His sense of integrity came through throughout his service call.

Vent Busters provided a quick response to my request & a reasonably priced service. Mark is great at what he does, and his attention to detail & thoroughness was immediately evident. I was especially impressed with his work ethic - he left my dryer vent & hook-up in better shape than he found it. Thank you, Mark, for a job well done!

Mark was absolutely amazing!!!

Technician was timely and did a great job making sure all aspects of the vent were safe and ready for use again. Will definitely call back in a couple years for future cleaning.

SO HAPPY to have found this company. They were quick to respond, great communication, fixed my busted dryer vent efficiently and had extremely reasonable prices. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Just had my Dryer Vent cleaned by Mark at Vent Busters. He was very thorough and conscientious in getting all the lint out of my ductwork and around our dryer and the outsde clogged up vent. I highly recommend Vent Busters.

My dryer vent had not been cleaned in several years and I was concerned about a fire hazard. Many thanks to Mark for such a great job! He explained everything he did so that I understand completely. Thanks again for such a great job!

Mark is very knowledgeable about the service he provides. Timely and professional. Very helpful is educating me on the care about the system of the dryer vent etc.

Mark from VentBusters is excellent at what he does! I could not be happier with the friendliness, efficiency, quality and affordability they offer. He did an amazingly thorough job and explained everything to me in detail as the job progressed. The VentBusters website was also excellent, as was scheduling service. I received text and email updates throughout our interaction. I have already recommended VentBusters to others, and moving forward, will ALWAYS call Mark for all my venting needs. He has set a bar so high that nobody else can even come close!

Mark was very knowledgeable and very thorough. I found him on NextDoor and he was highly recommended. He arrived in the time period given me and worked quickly and efficiently. He has been the ONLY service repairman I've had in my home that left my home in better shape than he found it. All the others repaired the item but left damages for me to fix or repair after they left (usually minor but annoying). He went above and beyond. I had accidentally disconnected my dryer but knew it was time to have it cleaned anyway so decided to call Mark instead of the company I used a few years ago. He not only reconnected the hose, he replaced the damage hose(?) with a better one and gave me tips on how to recognize if it became disconnected again. Did a very thorough job of cleaning the dryer vent inside and out. Made several recommendations to help me keep things in good condition. He also honored the price he quoted. I've had many service people quote one price and then increase it a great deal without increasing the amount of work after they were done. I will rest easier knowing I do not have the risk of a dryer fire from accumulated dust. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Mark did a great job cleaning out my ducts and dryer vent! He's very thorough and excellent at his job. I recommend him highly and would give him 10 stars if I could!!
